CANCELLATION POLICIES

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or in situations where reservations appear to have been made due to customer or Blue Buffalo Resort error.

Free cancellation up until 5 days before the arrival date.

If booking is made within 5 days of arrival, booking is non-refundable.

Smoking: There is absolutely NO Smoking inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250

Our property adheres to the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Rates & policies:

Full payment is due upon booking. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and holidays. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or in situations where reservations appear to have been made due to customer or Blue Buffalo Resort error.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are welcome in our Dog-Friendly Amish Loft Cabins only. There is an additional flat-rate dog fee of $75 per stay for our dog-friendly cabins. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, owners are responsible for cleaning up after them, and dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Please note that we have a limited number of dog-friendly units and dogs are not allowed in our other cabins. Violation of our pet policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee for room recovery.

Smoking:

There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Excessive soiling:

We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for spaces that are left excessively soiled, including but not limited to bodily fluids or hazardous materials.

Release From Liability:

I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Blue Buffalo Resort, LLC, its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releases) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Blue Buffalo Resort.

I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Blue Buffalo Resort

I am aware of the Covid-19 pandemic and related governmental orders, directives and guidelines (collectively “Directives”), including directives for frequent hand washing, social distancing and use of face masks in public locations. I am aware that these activities are occurring in a public location during the Covid-19 pandemic, and also potentially involve pets or other recreational vehicle and cabin activities, and are therefore hazardous activities. I am aware that I could be infected, seriously injured or even die due to Covid-19 or due to other activities while staying on the Blue Buffalo Resort property including but not limited to camping and cabin rental activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown. 

I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Blue Buffalo Resort.

I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily or opted-in, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Children here with me and named below are my responsibility and under 18 while here at Blue Buffalo Resort. My signature and/or my required opt-in to agree with the terms and conditions for registering and participation at Blue Buffalo Resort includes them in coverage of this release form.
